- Sleep disorders
Sleep disorder can affect your reproductive cycle. This is also important to now that it affects men and women both. If you are not getting enough sleep then you are more prone to have stress infections and poor immunity. Take enough good night sleep of 8 hours to keep you happy and fit.
- Know the right time
This is very important to know the right time for conceiving a baby. Every woman is different. If you understand your cycle well and know when you are ovulating then it becomes easier to conceiving. For this you should know the symptoms of ovulation and can try ovulating kit too.
- Poor reproductive health
This is very important to have reproductive system healthy for delivering a healthy baby. Fertility requires the sperm and eggs to be very healthy. Age also plays an important role in it. - Healthy Environment

Another environment factor is cell phones or its rays. If you put the cell phone in your pants’ pocket always then beware… its radiation can influence sperm quality.
Smoking has a negative impact on fertility in men and women both. Smoking and tobacco can lower male sperm count and motility too. Female nicotine users can experience infertility problems, due to irregular ovulation. So, quit smoking at least few months before trying to conceive.
Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is caused by a hormone imbalance that disrupts ovulation. Changes to lifestyle and diet if overweight along with prescribed drugs can help to overcome PCOS. Consult with the doctor if you find this kind of problem.

If fallopian tube is blocked it prevents the egg from getting to the uterus as well as fertilization and conception. There are surgeries available to solve this kind of problem. IVF is also an option.

This term is used when doctors can’t find a cause for infertility after a full and repeated series of tests and assessments. Although healthy life style and keep on trying can give success.
It’s still a bit early to worry; it takes many couples up to a year to get pregnant. While the possibility of infertility issues might feel daunting, many couples do have successful pregnancies after a year so no need to worry.
